The National African American Literacy Institute recently had the chance to sit down with Eric Kellogg – author of “From Welfare to the Mayor’s Chair”. With over 90 years of combined experiences working with vulnerable students, we found this book, the framework for success and his abundance of knowledge on the issue to be an invaluable resource for school districts and municipalities for today - forward thinking, beyond and transcends time and for all ages!
We invite you to beautiful music and meet amazing Men of Color Authors.

Erudite Boarding Academy is a positive educational influence for vulnerable students. Erudite Boarding Academy will kindle students’ interest in academic excellence and prepare them for postsecondary education and/or careers. We believe that literacy is the fundamental school of successful living. It is the groundwork for success. For that reason – Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics (STEM), Metaverse, Career and Technical Education (CTE) are our priority areas. We also know that many people are feeling devalued, unappreciated, and uncommitted to their education and we must create environments that recapture them, nurture them, and provide a positive outcome for us all. For these reasons we will use virtual reality and artificial intelligence in various areas to engage and move students forward. We are excited about the opportunity to serve a population which is sometimes neglected.
